Can't get clutch arm back in .

Had engine off for rebuild and put it back on the bike now I can't get the clutch arm back in

also sounds like you installed it backwards

Throw some grease on the arm, push rid, and the ball.

Take out the push rod and ball first. Install that arm in, followed by the rod and ball.

If you have your clutch plates tightened, loosen those first and then install.
