I went to a different atv dealership instead of the place I usually go to for some spark plugs and I didn't realize until I got home ( a half hour away ) that they gave me BR8ES plugs instead of the usual B8ES plugs. I've heard the only difference in the plugs is the resistor and that I could use either plug. I just wanted to make sure that its safe to use BR8ES cause I don't feel like having to rebuild my top end again anytime soon. I have 1 B8ES plug left so I want to at least do plug chops with the BR8ES plugs then I would put in the B8ES if necessary. Feedback and opinions would be great, thanks everyone !

Aright cool that's what I thought but I wanted to be safe and make sure. I appreciate the quick response from both of you ! Now I can get to plug choppin with no worries.

Actually a resistor plug may be giving you a hotter spark, believe it or not.
The resistor resists current flow and spark jump until the coil reaches a higher voltage.
Better able to fire through oil and contaminated insulator I am told.
