The swing arm is custom made, its very well built and gives a nice stance.

Nope, the one thats currently on there is the stock boot but has been modified to accommodate the larger carb.

Depends where, a box with dimension (just guessing) 40x8x12 upto 10lb is $48 so 100+48 = $148 shipped.
