Look at bottom of the cylinder, it could be stuck there.

Why is it that many don't bother to clean the outside of the engine BEFORE taking it apart ?? SMH.

It's not stuck in there what is the part number so I can buy them do I need all 4?

I was going to say something about that dirt also. Looks like a mix of dirt, oil, grease.

Parts catalog says 2 of them and both go on the same side. looks like you are missing one.

Why ?? More posts give opportunity to point out that the engine should be cleaned BEFORE you take anything apart.

Ok I ordered a new set but if 2 are needed where do the 2 go

The locating dowels go over the two studs in the right crankcase half.
