Basic carb question. Newbie and searched .

Whatsup . Just bought my first quad and its a 02 blaster . I have to clean out my CARB and was wondering what was the best replacement . Aint trying to race it or anything . Want a direct replacement . If anything i might get a fatty pipe and exhaust but in the future... Anybody got a link to the best replacement . ? might as well do a TORS delete , and i see most carbs come with the proper cap to do the TORS delete .

Aint to familiar with the jetting an all that ... Just trying to keep stock for now .... Thanks .


& for the same price a shop charges me to rebuild, i can purchase new ?

Best replacement is a VM26SS, that is the stock carb, it will run well with the FMF that you may get later.

chances are your carb just needs cleaned properly and tuned, all that info is in the carb section
about the only thing worth a sh-it in a rebuild kit is the couple gaskets and an o-ring or 2, if it doesn't contain genuine mikuni jets don't use them, clean your existing jets
