what do you mean? Like set ups? More info on ur build would help.

You can just get a bigger filter K/N,UNI for the stock box
Or Run a POD filter
Or a Aluminum CFM box.

If your willing to spend the money, a cfm airbox is the way to go. I used to run a k&n pod but it was letting to much dust and sh*t in.
 
I do ride in wet conditions some times. We are in Florida and it can be dry one minute and wet the next. As far as my build. I have all the parts ready to go with the exception of painting the frame. It goes like this:
