98 blaster mx rebuild

picked up a 98 today. motor in pieces bearings shot ect ect. doing a complete rebuild with 03+ brake conversion, +3 long travel a arms, +3 swinger and probably +3 stroker with 240 head. going blue chassis with white plastics. so i do have alot of o.e. parts that i will not be using if anybody needs some

found a whole rear brake set up on ebay with foot peg an pedal for 130 shipped. did a frame cleaning today a started cutting off tabs that i dont need

anyone have a 03-06 axle carrier with brake hub they dont need?

i got the paint stripped and its now in primer, my seat came in and i traded my black tank cover for a white one!

this is bmw lazer blue i picked up for the frame

frame is painted, has 4 coats of clear over 4 coats of base enamel

i now have a +3 swing arm coming and billet brake hub and wave rotor, tm designs chain roller kit and a real nice 2005 carrier. also got a steal on a like new 450r rear shock for 45 ,need billet sprocket hub and tusk axle

well the shock i got must be 06+ because it would not clear the frame, so i ordered another and made sure it listed as 04-05. i got the rear end mocked up waiting on chain roller kit and new shock.

pegs and brake pedal went to be powdercoated chrome yesterday, may have some other parts done that way too.

well 450r shock came in and so did my chain roller kit

got the yfz hubs painted. 39 tooth sprocket. and some douglas ultimate wheels along with a dg grab bar. i love ebay!

oh, also got my pegs and brake lever back from powder coating and traded my seat
