94 blaster rebuild time

Decided to finally post on here, been a long time lurker so here it goes.

I cant find any pictures of it when I first got it but here is one with out cut fenders.


This is the last picture with the bike together at Sand Lake, Oregon.


And then...


I wanted to do some minor work on the cylinder to clean up the casting flaws but didn't have the tools so I just took what I had in the garage and started sanding. I used 60, 120 and 320 grit sandpaper to smooth out the exhaust port and ended with this. I will be getting some 1000 grit to polish it out today.

So what are the plans for the frame color?

I will be powder coating the frame neon pink and replacing the pink hood plastic with a black one.

finally got the cylinder back from Superior Sleeve today. Bored and a head mod. Prepping the cylinder for a new coat of paint.
