34mm carb

i have a yamaha it200 laying around and it has a 34mm mikuni carb on it. what do i need to do to fit it to my blaster? and is that too big for what i have done to my bike?

get out the dremel and open up the intake boot for the motor side. off the bike of course. then use a heat gun to stretch the airbox side over the carb. then make sure that it clears the clutch arm

and it would fit? or will the intake boot off the it fit? theyre virtually the same bike. i was just going to use it until someone decides to buy my it200. but i can always throw the blaster carb on it when i sell it... haha. and how much power gain would that have?

it should definitely be better than the stocker

no problem. just make sure that the carb fits tight in the engine side boot

i deffinately will. i think i have an air leak as it is but i dont know where its coming from. i know i need to replace my head gasket and put some sylicone on my reed gasket, but i dont know. ill change it tomorrow and let you know how it goes

make sure u jet it right for that carb to u probley already planed ondoing that but just throwing it out there
