Hey Guys,

I'm rebuilding a 2004 Blaster, the prev owner had the Vito's top-end kit, but never rejetted it and well you know the rest of that story!

so i've rebuilt it with the following specs..

- Stock Piston and jug
- vForce 3 Reeds (came with them!)
- Pro circuit Expansion chamber
- Unknown muffler (my buddy beleves its the pro circuit muffler)
- Air Filter is one of those cheap paper looking ones you get from Ebay (large oval at the top, small oval at the bottom, blue filter)
- No Airbox Lid
- Oklahoma Elevation (4,973 ft according to google)

so, the carb appears to have stock main jet (230) and im wondering what jetting would be correct for this build, any advice is greatly appreciated!

Presume you mean a 240 kit ?
Any porting ?
Winter riding ?

I would say 240-300 start large and work your way down. Keep track of temperature when you do your plug chop/read so if it gets colder you can adjust for it .

Right now its bone stock jug, head and piston, the only addons are the vForce reeds and exhaust, and yes it will be ridden mainly in the winter

ive got pretty much the same quad and im at#260 main.its a little lean for winter so id prob go with a 270
