Went drag the old blaster out the back of my shop. Been there for a few years. Fresh fuel a few kicks and started. Cleaned it up. Now ready for top end job new clutch and basket.
Ok I ordered the 240 clutch also I will need a basket to. What type and where to buy? Thanks for all the help on this site. I would not know where to even start. Back when I built this blaster I would just call Eric Trenga and he would send me in right direction. Todd.
I need to buy a head light one day. Is this worth the $$$ or is there something better out there?

Thanks.
I agree.
Lol! 10 lbs of compression really. We can't see a difference in that on the v6 2 strokes we build. High compression pistons just take away needed squish for a motor to live.
Lean will get it no matter who's the builder. Clean the tank, the carb, take the filter off the pick up. Put a filter in the line to carb. Jet up. Hope it's better next time. Good luck.
I haven't been on here in a while. I have the ct kit on my blaster with a ton of hard hours. It's a beast. I did have to buy a few jets to get it right but was simple. Soon I will have to go through the top end check the bottom put a new clutch and basket. I noticed you are in Louisiana. What part?
