Ok guys my blaster has been down for a few weeks now because of low compression. Needless to say I had to buy a new jug and start from there. So I have a used jug sitting at stock bore, 66mm. Since I didnt want to take chances and I needed a piston anyway, the jug will be bored to .010 over...

Lighter weight = go faster lol but its mainly because it can malfunction very easy and is not worth the hassle.

No need for anything anymore, won a cylinder and head on stock bore for $35 plus ship.

I need a cylinder in good shape. My current sleeve was bored offcentered. I need one that will work fine and is not already bored out unreasonably (.090 over.) Let me know what you have, a price, and pics would be nice. Thanks -Pat

I dont see how you think it would straighten it out though. If you drill a hole off centered, and then keep making it bigger it will stay offcentered. And for something moving around 6k per minute, that little amount could throw something off.

What is the stock Jet Size? For the main jet.

As for now, I have the summer ahead of me. I want a reliable quad that is fun to ride. I do not want to dump ~$200 into the engine and have it blow or run it lean. Back in the RC days we tuned by temp. How do you tune these? (What do you judge on?)

You will want to raise your limit. You can hardly find a blaster for that, let alone a 250cc automatic...

I bet you have low compression. Mine did the same thing. i tested it yesterday and it wasnt even 90 psi...healthy is 150psi. Time for a bore and rebuild.
