Unidentified engine case

Never thought of that or moped ? It was with a ton of Nos Honda stuff.. Mostly Atc and trx 250r but i know its not for one of them. Then i thought maybe an older cr80 or similar ? I know someone has to know what it is too. It has some numbers and leters on it but i looked them up in all different combos with no results. Maybe an older smaller Honda trike. ??? I really have no idea but im fairley sure it has to be an older Atc Atv or a small mx bike as per the rest of the parts it was with.

Were there any air cooled electric start dirtbikes made a while back?
It has the mount for the e start but no propeller housing for liquid cooling

The only numbers were HB3. I was 99% sure Honda only because I remember seeing HB3 allot in my Honda parts. I just kept checking pics of parts diagrams until I found the right year and model.
