yeah when i seen the price i was like if i want to try it now is the time. I just cant wait to get it bled, and see how much of a diffrence its going to be.

35 bucks plus shipping for the caliber master cylinder and resevoir on eBay. Everything else was just scrap stuff I had laying round the house. I'm also out 7 dollars for the banjo bolt and washers that we lost to finish up the project

The master bracket is aluminum not sure of the thickness, I struggled to bend it by hand. The caliper bracket is steel. I also hate that narrow spot. I have already altered my template to redo that bracket

we havent got to put those to use yet, we are missing one of the banjo bolts. We had to order that online so it wont be here till late this week. Im just curious where do you think the weak point is. I thaught it was really strong just could have been prettier. In my opinion

Ive been trying to fix a bike and it has been a real pain in the butt. I have developed a problem that involves no spark. It started of course when the bike wouldnt start. The first thing I did to check was go to the stator, checked the wires with my DVM and got nothing, so i pulled the cover...

I haven't checked the crankcase. The plug was wet. So new plug clean carb, check the floats for cracks and measure the height. I still don't understand why the bike won't start. I will try tomorrow again. Thanks for all the help guys. My son and I really appreciate it

That concerns me as well I've got the carb apart and soaking in some cleaner so we will see tomorrow. I just don't get how the bike went from running badly to now it won't even fire and its pouring gas out of the over flow

on this bike the tors has been removed but the stock carb and cap are still in use do i not need to mess with the big screw and just use the small air screw since the TORS is disabled. thanks for the help
