So I'm housing some goodies for a buddy while he moves and builds his garage. Along with full quads to store , i got a "parts" blaster (and a mint 79 atc 110. Fun as sh*t) as "payment". On the partster, there was this right bend pipe,pictured (i believe). I have no clue what brand it is...

The area is listed at 650-750ft. I'm sure the range is greater than that throughout the entire area i ride. right now in the stock carb, i have the standard jets that come with the toomey b1 kit(320 main i believe), and they never give me any issues.

So I've gotten everything done that needed to be done. All bearings and bushings replaced. Widened and lengthened. upgraded suspension. Full hydro upgrade. Cfm airbox w/uni. motor was rebuilt top and bottom with wiseco. Mild port and head work. Full toomey exhaust. Stock(properly jetted)...

Did my swingarm last night. Probably still going to have to move the chain guide mount. Extended it 5.25". I'll do the mockup tonight to find out where it needs to go, then sand and paint it after its moved.

all stock around it. 400ex shock with KOR bushing adapter. Bottom hole drilled by pro machinist (not me) so it's centered. Rest of the quad is straight. No tweaks or bends. Everything mounts with ease. And you might be able to tell in the forest pic, i still have to go forward with the...

I don't have the lid on. I'm talking about the box, it rubs on the bend in the box right above the intake boot. I'll take a picture next time I'm in my shed. Haven't seen that anyone else had this issue.

Ok thanx. I'll take a look. Was putting a 400ex shock on and realized i need to cut the box a little, looked at it and said " eh, what else can i put there". Ha

Looking for a set of 03+ spindles. Also looking for an aftermarket airbox.

Ok. So i found a little info from who i might consider a credible source. Found a Eibach spring chart that shows stock rates. Shows a stock blaster runs 5.0kg-7.5kg/mm. And shows a stock trx400 at 5.7kg/mm(sometimes 5.8 year dependant) And this depends on their accuracy and how they manipulate...

Was just wondering. Never could find and hard proof about the spring rates and whether the stock blaster is "actually" progressive or not. My bushing for my 400ex shock should be in tomorrow and I'd like to switch the springs while they are off... that's if it's actually worth it.

Another oldie. Was this ever tested?
