Needs one of those moose carb caps, needs a rebuild kit, (choke and throttle cap leak air and a needle)..... I just dont have the money to finish it.....

Yeah it is a bummer bikes been sitting for the 3 months ive owned it :-( Now im broke, if i had the $60 i would fix my carb up....

awesome thats what i figured, he said he had a thumb setup with it so thats ok as long as it still works, they have an idle control on them right cause his is stock and mine was drilled for it..... (i never had a tors when i got my bike thats why im asking).... I:I

My carb is messed up, needs a rebuild and needs an aftermarket cap when i took the tors off i ran out of money for it ($60 fix i dont have funds for)..... I was offered a stock carb with the tors on top, will that work if i leave the tors on it but not hooked up, will my twist throttle hook...

Did you check for any air leaks? My carb was leaking, at the cap, choke and where you cap it from the oil blockoff..... And it would not suck gas from the carb into the motor.... It would run but die when the gas ran out of the motor...

Where in the electrical did you run them?

Not sure, but i got a nice one off of ebay..... I forget the price, think it was like $25-30 or so for it, its a nice bar, its not stainless i dont think, its aluminum but its pretty shiny like stainless.....

Are the reeds opening and closing properly? Can you see any light through them if you hold the cage up in the air?? Did you check the whole motor , intake, exhaust etc etc etc.... for air leaks?

Pics aint working..... check the mark on top of the engine, (right below the reed cage) you will see a line, the clutch arm should line right up with that mark when the clutch is disengaged..... Once you pull the clutch lever in, then it pulls the clutch arm towards the front of the bike away...

Prob. from no intake boot, hook that biotch up and it should go back to normal sounding....

Prob. was just sticking then.... seems to be a common problem..... I had an old motorcycle back in the day that would do this.... I took the float out and ran it through the drill press and bored out the holes for the pin and it never stuck again..... Just be super careful, i only took a very...

If the spacer is free and they work then ill take it bro....

Let us know bro, also check needle and seat for any wear or scratches
