Pics aint working..... check the mark on top of the engine, (right below the reed cage) you will see a line, the clutch arm should line right up with that mark when the clutch is disengaged..... Once you pull the clutch lever in, then it pulls the clutch arm towards the front of the bike away from that mark.... Once you let go of the clutch again, it should go back to lining up with that mark again.....
Check that operation, and if its off any, then it needs an adjustment up at the handlebars.... Or it could need to be taken apart and adjusted from the inside....
Do you have a repair manual??? They suck real bad, but there better then no help at all..... Shows all the adjustment procedures and torque specs, make sure you get a good torque wrench and adjust everything to spec!! Its very important!!
