I don't agree with the press fit, but when you start a water cooled 2 stroke when it's -0 and don't let it warm up you will get cold seize

Just a little FYI for you, in a water cooled engine the piston can expand faster than the cylinder, I've seen it happen!

I'm really confused as to why you think I can't read a plug without cutting it???? I can read it quicker than you can with the chopping, so really I can do it faster than those that chop. As I said before feel free to chop but it can be done without it just as successful as with!

You can chop but I don't need to I can read it without chopping, I've been doing it that way since 1974 and have never blew one up!

The only difference I can see with this and the powerjet is you drop like 5 main jet sizes, I don't have my instructions any more but that is the reason the dial a jet makes the engine more snappy. Also the dial a jet only uses the fuel the engine demands.

I still have a sled with DAJ on it after 10yrs and never had any issues! It just plain works. And I don't work there or sell them.

I ended up taking off the fiber plates instead of the basket and now it works great. Wasn't sure if the basket had a coating or not and plates are much cheaper than a basket. I wish I would've saved my old clutch to see which product is made wrong. I can say I don't think I would buy the Magnum...

Still got a few bugs to work out but wow this little thing has balls to it, should be interesting when everything comes together. I'll be wishing I have more brakes, lol
