300ex's are slow compared to 250x's,trow the mods you did on a 250x and it will beat a 400ex. So far i plan on the 390 kit,with cam,stroker,edelbrock or 450r carb,hmf with scorpion header i got off ebay,filter,and 250x's are also lighter than 300exs.

Exactly,they arent as slow as people say,wait till im done with the build,and most will say holly sh*t for a 250.
