I just put my front end togather with 450 shocks I know how to adjust them but anyone have ideas or the foruaml to adjust I'm about 160 pounds i don't know on how many clicks i shold do

You need to adjust each side the same amount and test it out.The only true way to tell is try all the settings and see what you like best.It's like jetting all is different.IMO

You can do is, to try it yourself, start of by setting youre springs, wich in Blaster cases is usually all the way up... usually...
Then try out rebound and compresion, try out each one on full adjustment to hard and soft, understand what youre dealing with first, then try out diferent setups by doing some laps, carfull when riding dont forget you are "playing" with the suspencion, so some setups will be real strange....
Go ride and have fun while learning... thats the secret of a good setup.

forgot to say...
Since the rear shock raises the back and i cant get a crj lowering kit shipped to my location, i´m building new ones.
I will post how to do it and some pics if it works out fine.... or hospital RX if it works bad

That does thanks blasterazeors but I dont have a rear shocks my shock are from a 04 can I adjust hi-low compersion
