i was riding my blaster erlier and i shifted down and it died. then it would not start back up after that.

did you ride through any water such as puddles or anything? like bigd said do you have compression, spark, is your resivore turned on?
i dont not know what happened i was riding it on the road not through puddles or anything. brand new spark plug. and didnt check compression
check your flywheel see if theres dirt or anything on or around the flywheel area , dont forget the basics such as gas
deffinatly check compression
i had the same problem and found out tht i melted the rings to the piston
you should be gettin around 125 psi

if you were at a high rpm and then downshifted to an even higher rpm than it is possible that you blew apart your reed pedals.......I know this from experience
