Well, winter is not to far away hre in Illinois.

I am curious to what jets are recommending, for riding in the fall and winter.

Current blasters all have stock pilot.

All on 3rd setting for needle.

1 blaster is stock, ith 230 main. oil injection.

2nd blaster with a 280 main.(running rich right now). 32-1, no injection

the 3rd blaster, should be done in a few weeks. nto sure on exhaust yet. so main un known at this point. looking to be no injection, 32-1 ratio

Is it recommend for a bigger pilot for winter ? or just bigger main ?

mostly around the yard, in 2nd and 3rd gear most of the time. fyi.

Sporty

usually just the main and a air screw adjustment. some i dont need to change at all if its already rich. if in doubt go up a size on the main

I agree! ^^^^^^^^^^^^

That's why it's important to get the perfect pilot size (1.5 turns out) so you have full adjustment both ways in changing comditions, each motor is different so only way to tell if you need a larger pilot is to do the pilot/airscrew adjustment and count turns.
