Wheel help!

Okay so I've been looking for some new wheels for the front and I've found 4+1 and 3+2, whats the difference?

That's the offset. The 3/2 are 5" wide with 2" on one side of the face and 3" on the other. The 4/1 are 4" on one side and 1" on the other.
