We have a place in northen michigan called silver lake sand dunes. never been their but heard its a blast.

I've been to Florence Oregon Sand Dunes and that place is amazing. There's trail riding, streams you have the ocean, rivers then dunes that go forevor. It's all sand so no tire swapping. It's a preety versatile and awesome place.
