lrd jetting help

finally got my lrd pipe from a member from here and got my lightened flywheel and profiled head from o connor racing too. any way im going to try and get them on tomorrow but how much will this effect my jetting?
im running a 35mm keihin pwk, k+n filter with a aluminium airbox, airsal 240 bbk, timing advance mod and vitos +3 crank. currently im running a dmc alien pipe with a 45 idle jet and a 172 main dgh needle on middle position and im running slightly rich. how much should i jet to run these mods or will i be safe to plug chop with these jets? thanks inn advance.
Also heard these are a nightmare to fit so and tips on fitting will be apriciated thanks craig

Anyone? Go them fitted just wanted to know if it would effect me too much?

Are u going from stock pipe to LRD? If so i'd say you will need to up the main. I'd check that pilot too, that seems a size low to me. If your airscrew is good 1-2 turns out I'd leave that pilot in there, and do a plug chop before I replaced any jets.
