Doesn't seem like a bad deal and they are nice looking rims.

rims are pretty healthy at .190, tires are only 4 ply which is good for the track and light trails, sharp rocks could be an enemy though

I like the baja rims but its 400 bucks for only rims. So then another 300 in tires. too much I think

Yes, I would call it a good deal. If you haven't already changed hubs, you'll have to get a set of 4/115 rears. The front offset isn't listed, it could change your front track.

I have warrior rear hubs now. IS the rear offset the same?
