Can someone give me a run down on the stock Carb.I don't know how to adjust the idle the air or anything and I want to make sure this new top end is safe.I cant find a video or anything on the Carb so I need some help on what's what on them

Idle adjusting.
Start with air screw 1.5 turns out.
Set idle screw so that it has some sort of idle.
Warm up motor and then set idle screw for a fast idle.
Adjust air screw either way to get the fastest idle.
Adjust air screw a little at a time leaving 10 secs to allow the motor to respond.
Re adjust idle screw for desired idle .

Witch screw is the idle screw from what I'm told the one by the opening of the Carb on the air box side is for air right?
Yes, if you have a stock carb and still have your TORS, you may not have an idle screw, if may need adjusting by the cable. Post a picture of your carb if you can and we can help you better.
There is a big cylindrical, slotted knob on top of the TORS unit, under the seat.
This is the idle screw.
Looking at the carb from the flywheel side, at the rear end of the carb, a recessed brass screw, pointing slightly downwards, this is the air screw.
