Hi guys once again I need ur help my 240 is over heating I know this has to b jetting issues can sumone give me link for how to do plug chop.and any links for jetting the 240.... I'm also putting a 35 mm pj on I need to no if I can use same throttle assembly and cable

34-35mm keihin jetting:
48-50 pilot...this will tell you exactly what pilot and airscrew setting:

DGH or CEL needle on middle clip to start, dgh for over 1000' elevation, CEL for lower.
lower needle clip till it just starts to rich bog, then back up 1 till it pulls hard
155 thru 162 mains.
