I'm currently on my 6th Blaster and 4 or them were on the stock bore with an FMF silencer only, I ran a 330 on each of those before and after modds, stock pilot 32.5, second clip down on the needle, no lid, 32:1 mix, even fully piped with reeds throttle response was crisp and it pulled strong...

330 is ideal with the stock needle at sealevel, no lid, that is what I have always run in mine, 260 or 270 will melt the rings out with no lid at low altitude, if it is bogging, raise the c clip one to two positions, dropping the needle leaning it a bit. Also, don't be afraid to adjust the air...

Ok, ripped my jugg off tonight and majorly cleaned up my transfer ports, also did the exaust clean, polish and raised the exhaust port 1 mil, now, what to do on the intake ports? should they be raised or widened any? Thanks.

I would recommend a 40 cal of some kind, very mild recoil, like that of a 9mm but alot more knock down power.

I had a 250 Husky and that thing was a beast on topend, Was a great bike, had Marzooci suspension, was the best suspension I have ever had. They do not use old Honda Motors, BMW actually owns Husky now.

I put the stock tires and wheels from my old 07 700 Raptor on my Blaster, surprised to see they were the same bolt pattern, also snugged up all four allen head bolts on my V-Force 3 Reeds. Lubed my chain and bidded on a F7 looking exhaust for the ole girl.

All the 450's I have owned are good for overheating and pouring out of the overflow hose, all three I have had did that, suspension was nice and power was good but I still prefer the feel of a two stroke.;)
