im pretty sure the blaster is only a six volt system, i have lights off a raptor on mine and i had the same issue

same thing happened to me as well. died whail i was riding it and thought maybe i fouled the plug. it ran like crap with the throttle in, but woldnt idle. ended up i broke the skirt off the exaust side of the piston.

I prefer the after market hoods without the light in it. it just looks cleaner to me

from what ive put together the wires coming out of the carb and throttle are called the t.o.r.s, but was wondering what it does/ how it works?

sounds to me like a jetting problem... tery wour needle first then your main jet

Thanks! i was thinking the pipe should have 2 springs but when i got mine it only had the hooks for one on the top. i guess ill try making a socond on the bottom.

yeah the lights came off a raptor. fabing them up took some thinking but wasnt that bad

it seems to be ozzing out between the flange and the pipe...but there shouldnt be anything comming out there anyways right? that meens the motor isnt burning it all off.... am i right or not?

my blaster is leaking oil doun off the exaust flange. when i give it the gas when its running the expansion chamber pushes out. is it because the spring isnt tight enough or am i running it to rich?

sounds to me like one of your gears is stripped. if you can popstart it , it shouldnt be your top end.

sounds like when you hooked up your headlights you hooked the killswich into the headlight switch....

idleing them may foul the plug now and then but just make sure you let them warm up before you realy rap on them

use a star patern on the head and make sure you oil the bolts befor you start. they should be around 18-20 ft-lds. but start at a low tourque and work your way up
