I have a 2000 blaster. The whole quad was re-built, I started it up and tried to ride it and it was acting like it was too rich. No matter what I do with jetting it wouldn't change anything. Its like it has a rev limiter sat at 900 RPM. Ive come to think that it might be an electrical problem...
