Have you already jetted it for pipe if you have 2 sizes will be a good starting point if you havent jetted it for pipe you will go up quite a few sies i have the similar combo i just have 30mm carb and am running idle jet 45 main jet 160 hope this helps

What fuel ratio are you using has this problem when my mix had too much oil in it blew heaps of smoke and wouldnt clear out changed fuel to a leaner mix and problem solvered

Have uswed the holes as you recommended and the lhs is fine but the rhs has heaps of negative castor the lhs is just about perfect is something bent?

block off kit is a start then atleast your fuel mix is right Check the wires that have been dis connected on tors has just caught me out i bridged the wires off at throttle end
