    Intermittent Starting issue

    Blaster was starting up between two and three kicks for a while and all of a sudden it took 15 to 20 kicks to start and after it started it would start right back up on 1 to 2 kicks but if you let it sit for a couple of hours it goes back to the 15 to 20 kick all over agin.
