    Okay so I'm planning for my next rebuild and I'm considering the Vito's racing 240cc kit. I found this for $200 more which includes the 240cc kit and a 3mm stroker. I'm curious to know which would yield more of a gain in power since I don't have a case splitter aside from a flat head screwdriver...

    What brand compression tester? I used a harbor freight compression tester and got 70 so I rebuilt the top end with all new piston and rings gaskets tightened everything nice broke it in and only got 85. So I know the tester was inaccurate

    So I'd do a top and bottom end break it in right and then not worry about it. No matter what now that something blew up in it your better off doing the motor over than doing one part at a time. Sorry you bought a beaten blaster idk what to tell you ┐(‘~` )┌

    Reeds: Vforce or Boyesen??

    I also had boysen super stock reeds in a stock reed cage before I got the v-force. Made minimal difference over the worn stock ones.
