am getting a bare pre 03 frame, and have an 03 what problems am i going to run into swapping everything over?

My bike came with a power core 2 and it sounded loud thought it neede repacked when i took shell off found that sheetmetal or sumthin was wrapped n tacked around core tight no leakage so it was like a straight pipe will this hurt bike/backpressure im clueless

My blaster has a fresh stock wiseco top and bottom end rebuild. 4 inch square cut out of airbox lid, fmf powercore 2, stock pipe w/ what looks like small exhaust leak at head. 250 main jet needle one up from stock on rich setting, stock filter. and the plugs come out kind of a gunmetal color...
