In part I have to accept some of the responsibility, didn't check the air filter well enough to find the hole in it. It sucks but I'll chalk it up to a learning experience and Sally forth. Chamferring, tho, major oversight. At least it didn't explode.

I appreciate your input, I'm not under the impression that you're yelling at me. There is a hole in my air filter. I assure you that it was a stock bore, he measured the piston in front of me. I ordered a 67.5mm and that's what went in. I used degreaser and soapy hot water to wash the cylinder...

It started out at 66mm bore bit she was pretty beat up. I was told that by the shop that he wanted to go out a minimum of 1mm to true the bore, but I needed to order the set so he could Mic it up and then bore it to fit. I ordered a 67.5mm. I suspect (and hoping) that it's a wrist pin bearing...

I don't have the means to compress video small enough to post, I did try, sorry. It's definitely in the cylinder. I bored a stock cylinder over by 1.5mm and used a Wiseco piston, rings, pin and wrist pin bearing. I didn't test compression but it doesn't seem to be suffering from low...

Only about 20 hours on top end and now it's making weird noises, like there's marble rolling around in the there. Any opinions? Gotta leak down test it, and then possibly tear it down. Figured I'd ask you guys first.

    Stock swing arm extension

We got her finished up. Painted and installed, she rides straight and doesn't throw chain so I'll claim victory on my first swing arm extension. Also put on new 13/40 sprockets, New 102 link chain and a set of used Carlisle 22" tires.

Got some more done work done on it today, as far as I can conclude with a tape measure it seems to gone well this far. Now I just gotta clean it up, paint it, install it...... And pray my welds were good....enough. Lord knows they ain't pretty.

Good times in the snow with friends

They're killer! They're hooked up in sets of 2, each set on a separate toggle switch. Either set (20 watts ) will throw more than enough light to see the trail perfectly in the dark. All 4 throw daylight, lol. And the led tail lights are 3/4" trailer marker lights that I picked up a Pilot Truck...
