hi guys.. havent posted in a while.. just bin lookin at a few bits on the net and ive found a hydrolic clutch kit. from what i can see it just replaces the clutch leaver and cable with a hydrolical one. does anyone have one and are they any good? thanks

hi guys... got a problem with my quad its on ebay at the moment and its missing everytime i rev it... tick over is fine but every time i throttle it it starts to miss fire ive cleaned the carb changed the plut changed the plug cap tried a different coil and im just about to try taking the tors...

cool im thinkin about gettin the new shift kit but not sure yet.. i do alot of enduro trails so im definatly getting some new armor but unsure on what boots and helmet to get.. at the mo ive got astar tech 8's and an old wulfsport helmet

cheers regal i followed ur instructions and still nothing but just out of curiosity i took the push rod out, took it off the plate n pushed it in as far as i could and pulled the leaver and nothing.. so im obviously missing somthing between the clutch arm and push rod im guessing a ball bearing...

right guys ive messed n messed n messed some more still cant get it to work is there anychance if someone has a manual could u scan in the page that shows the "xploded" clutch showing the individual components of the clutch and chris if u add me biker4life@live.co.uk (msn) ill tell u how to...

ok just read on the internet that the clutch plates have a certain position in the basket is this correct ?? if so any idea's on how they go?

yo dudes as some of ya know ive just done a rebuild... wen i took it apart the clutch was working fine... put it back together n i have nothin!! as far as i can see everythings in the correct space ive adjusted it time n time agen... starting to blag my head a little now... any ideas?

woop that sorted it cheers guys.. but i sheered the woodruff key off the stator so gotta get a new one will be next weekend now tho as i work away durin the week :(
