Ok so let me refrase it, the blasters motor is shot have to spend to much to fix it so i set it aside. I have the 350 and am going to put it in so i can go mudding. Now what kind of "mechanical" issues am i going to run into. (Dont wana hear the motor sux and thats the issue) id actually like...

Lol thanks for your thoughts guys but im really looking for answers to my question not comments on keeping the blasters motor. I know it is a awesome engine and all but trust me when i say itl get effd up were i ride. Iv had multiple 2 strokes and they have all done the same.

Lol i had a little suzuki lt185 and it went threw everything last yr and i know the blaster will to but itl pop the top end and when im about 4 hrs away on the trail deff dont want that lol

So iv decided to scrap the blasters 200 2 stroke. Now the reason why is the trails i ride have alot of mud holes and some deep water spots and i really dont want to be changing top ends all the time. Now i have made a deal for a 350 worrior motor and was wondering if anyone has done this swap...

I have a rear shock that has a remote rez on it. Id like to take the rez off to clean it up and remount it in a diffrent spot. What do i put inside the shock to refill it? Or do i not put anything in it?

Im aware about the intake itself but was wondering about the transfer ports? Same deal as the intake

I watched kens vids on port and polishing and when he did the transfer ports he never mentions polishing them. Is there a reason i should not do this or will i gain from it?

Im more worried about the air flow threw the quad. If this mod in some way restricts it i wont do it. Weight is not a problem theres always weight that can be taken off in other areas if it is effecting the ratio that much.

5 lbs should not effect the power. Im just about 170 lbs myself i cant see it making much of a difrence if any at all

Can anyone tell me when replacing the reed valve can i just get the reeds or do it have to get the entire cage? And if so were can i find them. Iv looked on several sites and cant find any ( just the reeds)

One more question for you guys. Is there diffrent models of engines for blaster? If so what years can i use parts from?
