Thanks, after doing what you said a few times i've finally gotten it to where its not locking up. There's still more drag than I would actually want but that should go away as the pads wear.

So I replaced my rear pads the other day and when I fully tightened the three allen screws it totally locks up the rear pads. All the adjustments on the cables are all the way in so i have no idea what it can be. :-/X(

I was thinking about shaving my front fenders myself, but im not sure what would look good so if you guys could post pics of your custom cut fenders I could get some good ideas of what route to go.

Thats exactly what i was thinking. I was running 93 octane when it blew, do you guys think tha i should be running race fuel?

Thanks to everyone for your input. Im gona let the shop thats working on it right now that they should change the jet to run it more rich and see how it goes from there.

what main jet do people usually use when using a stock carb on a 240 kit?

im not sure what the specs of the compression and stuff was when the rebuild was done because all of the work was done by a local shop but they are running a 310 main jet in my stock carb. Also wanted to add that no damage was done to the cylinder sleeve at all just the piston which had a huge...
