Where is all the grounds located on a banshee?

I sanded down where the voltage regulator is, that ground. Also I sanded where the coil bolts onto the frame..

When I hold the clutch in and give it gas and put it in first gear it will work.. But if I give it no gas and put it in 1st it jumps and dies

That spring on the cable, is it supposed to compress when the lever is pulled?

Ok so on the clutch cable where it goes into the clutch cover there is a long spring on the cable.. Is that spring supposed to compress when I pull the lever in?
