The black rubber boot where the silencer and pipe meet is not sealing the exhaust. I am using the stock black rubber tube with the tightening rings. it seams that the diameter of the toomey pipe end is to small for the rubber hose to seal it.

OK simply put...When you pull the black knob on your carb(choke) are you opening it or closing it? When the knob is pressed fully against the carb is that open or closed? Im getting confused. I usually run it with the black knob closed all the way.

So Im installing my Toomey pipe flange into the exhaust pipe gasket. The gasket has been used for about 1 month. I cant get the gasket to fit over the toomey flange. ANy ideas? Ill post up some pics give me a second.

So my stock jets reads 230 and 30 My setup is all stock. Ok now with my Toomey pipe add on, I have another carb which has 310 and 32.5. Which setup should I run on my New Toomey with air filter box off? Im thinkin 310 32.5.:-/

Ok I just put everything back together. I tightened the rear axle bolts, but left out the coter pin on each side witll this be fine for now? I tightened the Axle bolts pretty hard.

Just installed chain and sprocket. I loosened the 2 bolts on top and bottom of swingarm and pulled all the way back to tighten the chain then tightened them back.
