    2003 Blaster (complete) rebuild frame up

    Here is the rear axle, that I cleaned, replaced bearing and painted the centered section. The shafts are not painted just hand sanded and for hours. To the left you can see the frame and swing arm. That is going to the powder coater next week.

    2003 Blaster (complete) rebuild frame up

    I purchased this Blaster for my Daughter on Friday. I paid $250.00 it ran but the carb leak. So wanting to make it look like brand new for her, my son (10yo) and myself started ripping it apart. By Saturday morning we had everything apart and labeled.
