wow... some people get confused on a bore as being a big bore no matter what the size is.. so thats why Im asking AGAIN.. big bore as in what.. 240CC? (72mm with head, cylinder, piston, and rings) or just 68mm bored stock cylinder. I am looking a good used Vitos 240 kit for a reasonable price..

yep... the lowers are powder coated. One base coat at 375 degrees for about 6mins and then one coat of clear at 400 degrees for 10mins. no problem with the plastic ball joint parts. I didn't move the ball joints until they cooled. He has been riding since the week before Christmas with no...
