The rings were shot half of them seemed to be gone and you could see the blow by marked on the piston. It didnt take alot of diagnostics to see the rings were bad the reason I changed the piston out to is the old one had a small chip at the top. I don't know what caused the rings to wear so bad...

I had friend with me when we measured the bore in his shop used bore gauge and calipers but I don't have the paper we wrote the numbers and did the math on but the bore is good. Believe me we measured twice and did the math 4 times. The bore was my main concern but it's all good just dosent run

Plug is good floats are right bore is good I honed it its still round and and in good shape I was going to bore out for performance reasons only

When it went out nothing catostophic just the rings wore out to the point of to much blow by to run

Okay I blew my top end and was going to wait and bore it out but a buddy had a high compression namura piston left over from a double order he placed. So I used it is there something I'm missing with this high compression piston? Won't start kind of sputters when I kick it and backfires about...

I found a big bore sleeve and piston rings gaskets and all for 300, and I can get it pressed in for free. Is there some pice I'm missing to make up a 700 dollar diffrence?

No I haven't ordered the kit yet I blew out stock bore. I know I can bore .10 over but if I'm already to the point of having to bore it why not the big bore go big or go home right? Lol just wondering if the stock carb rejetted could Handel it?

No just the cylinder at a angle. The rod is mainly strait and pedal will still move it just holds pressure

I swapped swing arm and everything over to avoid all that and the swinger was just rebuilt so it was a win win
