    Few more pictures oof set up. You will need to cut off brakets on frame for cable setup, and modify footpeg per pics. i still need tto get SS bands for MC, like used on CV shafts to secure MC better.

    buy a ysed Hydro setup off a2003-2005 blaster, make an aluminum bar to bolt to where present brke bracket goes, mount pedal using rear bolt for footpeg(bushing it, washer outer end) add bracket to back of footpeg to mount mastercylinder, mount resivior in between frame up posts just above it...

    2001, going together, added hydarulic rear brakes, completely rebuilt front brakes. Before it had no brakes at all, rear cable system completely stripped off, fronts just mssing all sorts of cable parts, and cables shot. aa few more weeks and it should be up and breaking in the rebuilt engine...

    Yes got new needle valve and seat, new needle, pilot jet, and a selection of main jets, 220>250. cylinder according to machinst is secon bore thats why the range of main jets. going to start with a 240 for intial break in and running. then check plug after a few hours see how its burning(color).

    the slide has an arch in it, where this goes in it will be below arch slightly at full closed slide. SO screwing it in will hold slide up, or where you want the idle at, based on slide being lifted(prevented from closing) slightly off full closed position
