try taking off just the airbox lid ( black cover under the seat) i had the same problem too and that solved it for me. It also could be that u have a bad float or a crapped out needle seat! I would try the easy part first of taking the lid off and if that dosent work get a carb rebuild kit ($15)!

15 on the diagram is nice and tight in there even after the baskets keep shredding. That was my first guess too. ive got a whole new clutch assembly on the way so imma change all of it out and go piece for piece as i said and torque everything to specs,and go from there!ill try uploading some...

No the shaft isnt bent. It looks as if the jam nut that holds the clutch shaft pin tight, keeps coming loose and it releases the clutch and they shear the ends of the outter basket off. This will make my 3rd basket within a month. BUT ANY HELP OR POINTERS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! THX IN...

so i found the problem..it was the "hub". the spindle was bent...changed it out now she has very little lean, where it should b at!...and thks for the reponse blaaaster!

i have an 01 blaster and it looks as if the camber of the tire is set so the top of the tire leans towards the quad, but i know they dont have a toe or camber so thats not the issue. I have changed the lower a-arm thinking it was the ball joint doing it. no luck. Any help is appreciated. thanks...
