I don't know about the best(powdercoat would prob be the best) but I used Krylon Primer, Krylon Indoor/Outdoor Gloss paint and Primer and think it came out great and it held up fine after being out on the trails.
I personally have attended TOO many Line Of Duty funerals....one as recently as last week...always nice to see the publics support...thanks for a nice commemorative post...glad to see nice words and support...
Don't know about the powdercoat but I painted my whole exhaust system from the engine back w/ High Temp Paint from Auto Store came out looking real good and have had no problems w/ the paint...
I'm a new Blaster owner and am having an EXTREMELY hard time finding Neutral....go through the gears NO problem but can almost never find neutral w/ the bike running....turn bike off and goes right into neutral...the bikes a 94...Buddy told me neutral is hard to find in older Blasters...is this...
My brakes were completely ceased when i bought my 94 (helped me get the deal i got)....Didn't wanna go into pocket for hydro conversion (too many toys not enough funds) so I followed Blasternoobs rear brake post in the DIY section....about $35, a couple hours time and a LOT of brake cleaner...
