Also. If your watching fuel run thru a clear filter and your line is not clogged I would check the float hight. But since it does it on both carbs? Who knows?..also the filter could have a film that's not noticeable or be on backwards..post back what u come up with..

Thanks do I run my coil off the reg rectifier or leave that connected to ac voltage, I am only using the lighting circuit wire (yellow) to send ac to the reg/rec should j use the black and red power wire for the coil aswel? , Thanks

Pretty sure you have to float the ground to add a reg/rec, meaning to un-ground that wire at the stator and run it directly to the ground of the reg/rec skip thru this thread and check all the tech posts... https://www.blasterforum.com/threads/converting-to-led-lights.58577/
