Clearly the cylinder/piston or both are damaged, before unmount, you could put a endoscope, cheap as chips in aliexp, by the spark hole and see if the cylinder surface or piston are damaged and it´s no compression, you have to changed minimum piston, probably has to bore the cylinder and new piston.
