88-02 just unplug the 3 wire TORS brain under the hood is all that's required to delete tors on those years no other connections or disconnections are needed, once the brain is disconnected (88-02) or fooled with the splice (03-06) the system is not monitoring the wiring/switches, so no splices...

tenth digit on frame is the year of frame. it is possible to have a 03-06 engine on a older frame. the 03-06 models came stock with hydraulic brakes and 5 wire stator. hydraulic brakes wont fit on an older frame without modifications. only example i can find at moment..... if you got drums...
